Empowered Men's Fire Circle - Mountain Hike // Wednesday 1 November

Join us for a Sunset Mountain Hike, Wednesday 1 November 5-8pm at Mt Ninderry Sunshine Coast.

Switching up the flow of the regular Empowered Men's Fire Circle, this week we are immersing more into nature, hitting the tracks and climbing to the top! 

Metting at the base of Mt Ninderry at 5pm, we will circle up, drop in, connect with the land and ourselves before hiking to the summit.

A moderate 40-1h hike all while the sun drops through the trees begining the end of another day, the end of another chapter. 

Enjoying some light breathwork, sitting with some optional, non illicit plant medicine (Rapeh) 

Sharing our experience - challenges -wins as the sun sets and we capture this epic moment safely nestled on the west side look out.
