"I enjoyed sitting around the camp fire, making s’mores, playing board games while listening to music. We went on some nice nature walks and sat by the lake. My biggest highlight was the morning activation sessions. Michael supported and guided me through some stretching exercises, breath-work and meditation practice. It was the coolest!
I was challenged at first without my phone but I grew to enjoy the stillness and learnt I can survive with out it. It was a fun time away, I would highly recommend camping with Michael to anyone."
