Conscious connected breathing techniques can have a positive impact on emotional well-being facilitate the release of stagnant emotions, reduce anxiety, alleviate symptoms of depression and increase energy and flow state. The power of the breath provides us the space to let go, return to center and make room for positive transformation.
What is Empowered Breathwork?
Empowered Breathwork is the combination of breathing techniques, mindfulness and nature. Three powerful tools that are blended into your uniquely tailored journey. Nestled under the energetic trees, surrounded by the stillness of nature in a safe and nurturing outdoor venue.
Together we will navigate your own personal experience, as every experience is different. I will guide you through this one-to-two hour session allowing you the time and space to drop into your intention, let go, reconnect and equip you with the tools to move forward in living a fulfilling Empowered life. You have the option to add music to your journey or soak up the natural healing sounds of nature.
Post journey you are welcome to immerse yourself within the grounds where you will have some time to start integrating before reconnecting to the outside world. Grounding back into your body by entering the gentle flow of water and your new state of mind by the creek or sit by the fire, letting go
of anything else that doesn’t serve you.
These journeys are suitable for anyone over 18.
