Empowered Men's Breathwork / Fire Sharing Circle // Wednesday 19 June

This is a safe sacred space for Men of all ages to connect, share, grow, be brave and be heard with out judgment. A place to come and let go of what is no longer serving you. Join us for this empowering breathwork and fire sharing circle. I will guide and invite you to self navigate this breathwork to help warm the body, release any stuck energy and allow space for the new to enter. Sit around the fire to share our experiences have real conversation, share wisdom and knowledge. Celebrate yourself without the fear of being struck down. Create a community of like minded Men that want to be a better version of themselves and uplift all those around them.
