The Empowered Men's Breathwork Fire Circle is a space for Men 14+ to connect, share, grow, be brave and be heard without judgment. A place to come and talk real shit, the real side of life. To let go of what is holding you back, gain wisdom and knowledge from those that have walk before you, celebrate yourself without the fear of being struck down, elevate expand and create a community of like-minded Men that want to be a better version of themselves and uplift all those around them.
During this event you will:
- Be guided through a simple breathwork and meditation exercise
- Gather by the open fire
- Be invited to share what is on your mind
- Be welcome to offer knowledge of lived experiences
- Connect and create mateship with other like-minded Men
All you need to bring is:
- Something to lay on (yoga mat/towel)
- Water bottle
- Weather suitable clothes (layers/blanket)
- An open mind and an open heart, you can leave your ego at the gate 😉
Please arrive at 5:45pm for a 6pm sharp start.

This breath journey is suitable for first timers and experienced breathers. You will be guided throughout this experience with options for those with any medical / injury concerns.
