• Yoga mat, pillow and blankets will be supplied
• Numbers are strictly limited to 10 participants
• All you need to bring is a water bottle and warm clothing
• This event is open to men and women 18 years+
• Please arrive at 2:50pm for a 3pm sharp start
• There will be a warm fire to sit around on the completion of the event to integrate
